💳 Payment

  • Payments are processed securely via PayPal or Stripe.
  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes.
  • Your reading will be prepared once payment has been received in full.

📩 Delivery

  • You will typically receive your completed reading within 24–48 hours, though this may vary depending on volume or circumstances.
  • Readings are delivered as a PDF to the email address you provide at checkout.

🔄 Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the personal and creative nature of the service, all sales are final once the reading is delivered.
  • If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 1 hour of purchase and before the reading has been started.
