All readings are written and sent by email as a PDF. There are no phone calls, video sessions, or live chats.
How long will it take to receive my reading?
Depending on the reading, they are usually delivered within 24–48 hours unless otherwise stated. If I expect a delay, you’ll be notified by email.
What do you need from me?
After purchase, just reply to your confirmation email with your name, age (optional), and any question or area you’d like the reading to focus on.
What if I don’t have a specific question?
That’s absolutely fine — I can do a general reading to explore what’s most relevant for you right now.
Can you predict the future?
No. Tarot offers insight, not prophecy. I don’t promise outcomes — only guidance and perspective.
Will you tell me bad news?
If the cards point to something difficult, I won’t sugar-coat it — but I’ll always explain it clearly and respectfully.
Can I request a specific tarot spread?
Yes, if you have something in mind (like a three-card reading or clarity spread), just let me know when you message me.
Do you offer refunds?
